Some tenant improvements or upgrades are simple and involve replacing or upgrading existing fixtures. It gets a bit more complicated when the plumbing is being relocated, removed or added. We have the experience, understanding and know how it takes to work with and around existing tenants and other subcontractors to perform any work that is required. We understand the importance of completing the project efficiently and on time with as little disruption or interruption to business as possible.
Tenant improvements can be a lot trickier than new construction projects and we are available to advise if needed on simple design-build projects or will follow an architect’s plan for relocating more intricate water, waste and vent plans. Any code violations will also be noted and corrected.
